My wife is in Nova Scotia right now. I asked her if the leaves had turned. She said some have turned yellow, but they haven't turned red yet. I told her that some trees turn yellow, some trees turn red, but it is not a progression on the same tree from green to yellow to red. Julie replied, "What do I know about leaves turning color? I grew up in Arizona." I thought to myself, but did not say "This must be one of those blond moments."
Dave better be careful if Julie reads your blog! The leaves in our neighborhood are almost all on the ground except for a few magnificent maples. Pretty tree you captured!
Neat photo ~ Foliage seems brilliant where your are ~ MA has had temps in 80's ~ a tad of foliage ~ it will come soon. ~thanks, namaste, Carol (A Creative Harbor) linked with OWT ^_^
A bit of color, nice! We're still waiting for the summer to end here. 30 degrees today. Tomorrow is a holiday here, everybody will be on the beach (not us, we're working). Btw, no need for a photoshop degree for my panorama pics, it is child's play, easy-peasy! Everybody can do this!
LEIF!!! All my life I haven't seen Autumn and Autumn trees yet I can still say it is my favorite season! I Love this shot so much! The Trees are Fiercely Burning!!! Looove the colors!

Gorgeous red trees and great FLW style building.
Re your comment: the Discoveries is a fascinating period of history, hope your daughter enjoys the subject. :-)
Great to be near a FLW building- and love the red tree.
