Eagan Community Foundation coffee break

City leaders, business owners, Rotarians and other donors of the Eagan Community Foundation gathered for coffee and treats at the Viking Lakes center this morning at 8 am. Jamie Hopkins, executive director, gave the welcome and an update on the Eagan Community Foundation and plenty of thanks to donors!

Food, hope and joy

Brian Ingram, CEO and chef of "Purpose Restaurants," spoke at our Eagan Rotary weekly lunch meeting on Wednesday. He founded many successful restaurants nationally and has used their successes to give back largely to his communities in the form of 300,000 free meals, 2 million pounds of food and $225,000 in relief to local families in need. He's a generous, big-hearted man.

Minnesota Ice Maze 2023

One could almost get lost in the half mile of frozen twists and turns at the Minnesota Ice Maze at the Minnesota Vikings training campus in eastern Eagan. One million pounds of ice frame up the maze with fantastic ice sculptures inside and outside the frozen maze walls. Great photo opps!
