Taste of Brazil

 


On Saturday, Valdir cooked "feijoada," the national, traditional meal of Brazil. Maria Bethânia's music sang in the background as we toasted with wine and caipirinhas and finished with a Brazilian dessert called "Pudim." Saúde!

The tablecloth was made with fabric purchased in São Paulo in 2019.

Honoring Veterans


 On Wednesday, the Eagan Rotary Club and the Eagan Kickstart Rotary Club honored three Veterans. 

Annie Young served in the Air Force, Don Coffin (seated) and Mike Ferber both served in the Navy.
