When I returned home one morning, this turkey was jumping up and picking the red fruit off my crab apple tree.

This turkey seemed to be walking around the Lifetime Fitness Gym parking lot on patrol!

We also ate homemade lefse and drank sparkling cider. Cranberry cake with butter sauce nicely finished our Thanksgiving meal.

The turkey is stuffed with whole onions and lemons. Under the skin, a mix of butter, parsley and some other secret ingredients will flavor it! It's almost ready for the oven on Thursday morning....
