I hope that someone is able to establish a business in this abandoned gas station which has occurred in many other places. These buildings don't add to the value of a neighborhood when it happens.

Wir haben hier auch gerade ein bisschen Probleme mit dem neuen gasoline E10. Keiner will es haben aber es gibt es überall.

Far too common a sight these days, but hey, Congress just passed last year's budget, maybe things are getting better.
