Did you ever think that maybe there is a sweet little mama birdie that has made a nest to raise her you sweet little family in that wreath??? And maybe each time the home owner gets up on a tall ladder to take the wreath down, a new nest is found.......Ever thought of that Mr. Smarty-VonSmartyPants?? Hhhhhhmmmmmm????
Either these people are late in taking down their Christmas decorations in early April or they're really, really early...

ha, over here the city authorities leave them outside the whole year round.

Maybe they just like it and leave it there all year - but I imagine it's one of those -get to it one day- sort of jobs.
After all, the ladders are always buried under a pile of crates, at least in our house...
