Pretty odd all right. I live in the hills, in rural country, but still, on the rare occasions that I hear hoofs on the street, I run out to see a horse or two.

like Halcyon said; my sons have to wear that very thing the horse is wearing over his head, crossing over their back while they bike in the winter.

Leif, I sure can't explain why he is doing it. His outfit is pretty garish. It would discourage me from riding a horse in city streets.
