As a kid my DH used to go to the Cherokee Bar and Restaurant many, many times with his family when the place was on the west side of St. Paul. Wasn't aware that there was this expansion and relocation. I'll have to show him after I google it! Looks like an old-fashioned roadhouse now. T'will be interesting to go there.

So different from the architecture around here - no wooden houses, as you know. Very cool.
I think a beer barn is a fine use of the structure!
A bar in a barn? It's not a bad idea. I would love to drink a beer in a place like that.

I wouldn't have thought to turn a barn into a bar, but it works! Was this a reconstruction of an old barn or did they build it recently? It sure is beautiful & very very red!!! LoL! =)
