These two
Eagan high school students and best friends, Cortney and Katie, were the November and December
"students of the month" recently recognized at our Eagan Rotary lunch meeting. They both excel
academically and
volunteer in the broader community. Their proud parents joined them for the lunch.

Good people do good things. I'd bet that their parents are also volunteers.
The "student of the month" sounds like a nice initiative. All the best to the winners and their families in the future.
That's a great award to get! Glad you included them on your blog.
So good to see families working together, supporting each other.
Hi Leif, happy new year to you too!

"Ken yirbu!" May there be many more kids such as these.
Congrats to those wonderful kids! Thanks for the very nice comment - even written in Swedish! Should have known from your name! A happy new year to you and your loved ones too. I so enjoy your blog!
Another example of how the Rotary is good for the community. A tip of the hat from «Louis» to the Eagan Rotary and to the two students the Rotary has honored.
The most enthusiastic thing of all, is the possible.
Concratulations for them. Yet, assume that it is also a 'team work', hence, they are all in it, in the possible.
Please have a wonderful Friday.
Inspiring photo--happy to see young people (or anybody) ding good.

Good work - way to go!
Congrats to the students! And thanks for visiting York (the old one). Yes, that art shop is rather wonderful. Some very nice stuff on display.
A very good tradition. My congratulations to Cortney and Katie and to their proud parents.
Nice picture either, by the way!
You have confirmed once again the first question of a Rotarian: Can we do lunch?
Nah...just kidding.
Glad to see kids who excel being recognized.
