My daughter saw this snapper turtle walking through our backyard during lunch one day. I sprang across the grass to capture him with my camera lens for my blog.

Butler, the ever knowledgeable fauna expert, would like to correct you and say that the turtle is not a snapper, rather a northern painted turtle. He's just sayin'.

Hard to catch, but it is worth the effort!
