Hunting hazard

Ranger Mark works as a Dakota County Sheriff and stopped long enough for me to take his photo at Lebanon Hills Park by the Park Closed sign. Do they allow bow & arrow hunting where you live?

Despite the fact that I come from a fishing and hunting family, I am decidedly not a fan of harvesting (really killing!) animals for sport. Don't even like it if the hunter actually uses the meat for consumption. Bow and arrow hunting is a great way to cause a lingering death of a wild animal. Now, do you want to hear how I REALLY feel about hunting?

Yipes! «Louis» will stay out of this park. He doesn't want some bow & arrow hunter confusing him for a deer!
;-D

I am not a hunter, but, unlike Kate, I do support harvesting surplus animals through hunting. In many places, deer are so plentiful that there is not enough habitat to keep them all fed. So, thinning the herd to more manageable levels is necessary. I am just glad that it is not me that does it.

Hey, its Veteran's day isn't it?

Guess if it would be allowed over here, people would start seeing deer all of a sudden even within the Parliament.
Please have a good and peaceful weekend.

Ja jag tror man får jaga med pil och båge här, men man måste ha en speciell examen på det. Men det är inte så vanligt att någon gör det...Ha en trevlig helg :)
