On Wednesday evening, July 8, Eagan Rotary club's past president, Beth Sawicki, turned over the club's framed charter certificate to the very happy and eager new club president. Many of the 70 club members and their spouses enjoyed dinner at the Eagan Community Center which was followed by a program. Do you recognize the new president?
