Bluegrass music & cooking demo

Another weekly "Eagan Market Fest Wednesday" invited people again to the Eagan Community Center on July 22.
A Kowalski's Market chef prepared and grilled a steak with fresh vegetables which was sampled by the crowd.

Then the "Blue Drifters" bluegrass quartet entertained us on their string bass, guitar, banjo and fiddle!

Meanwhile, the nearby Farmers Market was still offering fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, maple syrup, flower bouquets and other assorted goods!

Having great times in Eagan! Where on earth did blue grass folks come from? In Minnesota? I know there's a town called Blue Earth...but, still...

Looks like a lot of fun, Leif...hope you didn't eat too much!

i think most chefs are tasting whatever it is they make and then go home and do it all again.
this ones belly looks like it in any case.

P.S. Ich möchte mein Steak medium mit Backed Potato und Garden Salad with American Dressing.
Is that possible?

I love these things! We have a farmer's Market here as well as a Greenmarket on Sunday.

The Blue Drifters sound great! Merci Olivier pour le link. (I hope it's 'le'!)
