Old but not gone

Driving along Dodd Road north of Lone Oak Road, I discovered this old barn. After a walk through a thorny weed infested field, I could take this top photo. See other "Barn Charm" meme participants here.

Terrific angle of the shot, esp. the first one.

That's a fine barn - worth the effort to get the shot!

Too bad that this barn seems to be surrendering to the elements and the vegetation.

What a neat barn! That's great that you documented it. I hope that someone will either start using it or salvage the wood for a new project.

One of my favorite barn structure...but looks like it's been sitting around unattended for a while. You took photos of it beautifully though! :D

I hate to see them fall into disrepair...I am SURE it had some GLORIOUS days in the past!

That barn looks from some centuries ago, it has a tribal touch.
