Virginia is right, it's who you know. We've been plagued with flaky realtors so we are still looking two years later. I am hoping this will be our year. Wishing your friend lots of luck.
Here's an idea - put a sign out front offering "Snow Men for Sale - some assembly required"... «Louis» doesn't know how many takers you would have but it might clear the lawn and make the house more visible to buyers...

Good Luck! I don't envy him. It'll be quite a challenge.
...and I don't hope the buyer is a joker!
But how I like good friends as you 3 :-D
It's not what you know but WHO you know! HA

Good luck to your buddy...hopefully the buyer is just around the corner ;) So good of you to help your buddy.
Yes, good luck. The real estate market is getting better most places in terms of more sales, but not necessarily better prices.
Good luck to your friend! Love the pale stone that he used for the walls.
Big hug to you, Leif! You know why. Missed you all and I hope you're all doing well!
With such gentlemen in front of the house it will be sold fast!
I agree with Jörgen Carlsen :)
Hope the day will be lucky!
