Artist's studio

When you know an artist, you might get to visit his painting studio.  His paintings are on the wall!

With artsy friends

Rotarian friends from the Eagan Kickstart Rotary and others joined me in my office for my art "Vernissage" on yesterday's beautiful autumn afternoon. We shared wine, appetizers and a love of  original art.

Between a rock and a hard place

An exhibit featuring sculptures and paintings by late art professor Anthony Caponi is displayed at Artworks on Pilot Knob Road until April 16. Tony taught art for many years and created the "Caponi Art Park" in Eagan.

Wall artsy

Lots of local art hangs on the walls at the Eagan Community Center. Take a swing by there for a look. Remember your mask

Lakeville art fair

Potter Colleen showed her beautiful pottery at the Lakeville art fair at the Lakeville Area Arts Center in Lakeville, near to Eagan. So glad to attend a non-virtual, non-ZOOM art fair! Almost all of the art fairs were cancelled this summer - ugh!

Art at Artworks

I stopped by ArtWorks in Eagan to pick up my art sale items and view their current art exhibit. Here are just two of the displayed art pieces. Stop by there on Tuesdays for your own viewing.

Art sale

Barbara Waltz, Still Earth Pottery, held her handmade pottery creations. Fun and practical.

On Saturday, art buying afficonados descended on the Eagan Art House and next door Advent Methodist Church to purchase pottery, painting, jewelry, etc. Myself, I love me some pottery!
