Cupcake store invited the community to enjoy Sebastian Joes ice cream on Thursday for $1 per scoop. I recommend the coffee, chocolate chip variety! Yum!

The weekly Market Fest farmers' market is overflowing with fresh, yummy produce. Flowers, honey, coffee, soaps, etc can be found, too!

Some students' pottery was displayed for sale on Sunday afternoon at the Eagan Art House. I found some artsy deals!

This morning, live on BBC TV, I watched the funeral in Westminster Abbey of Queen Elizabeth in my living room in Eagan.

Family dinner

My parents and sister joined us for dinner. Our friend Jamin was also happy to enjoy the leek risotto with burgundy wine sauce, caramelized pearl onions, cognac sautéed organic mushrooms, confit tomatoes, teriyaki pork tenderloin, sautéed carrots, bacon sprinkles and radish sprouts.  All cooked by Valdir!
