My parents and sister joined us for dinner. Our friend Jamin was also happy to enjoy the leek risotto with burgundy wine sauce, caramelized pearl onions, cognac sautéed organic mushrooms, confit tomatoes, teriyaki pork tenderloin, sautéed carrots, bacon sprinkles and radish sprouts.
