I maxed the picture to see the "decay" better...actually I don't think it's too bad. Looks okay structurally, but it sure could use some new paint, esp on the window frames.
Perfect for sepia! So charming; somebody needs to rescue it!
But it looks to be salvageable at this point. Someone save it!
C'est fou comme le délabrement peut être photogénique...
it really doesn't look that bad off, yet! it just needs a little love!
It looks not too bad, maybe ideal for handymen and some weeks later it could be perfect.Greetings from Manitobajoe
It just needs a little love and some elbow grease!
That could be so cute if it were fixed up.
oh would you please lock me into it, what a dream. daily athens
It looks like a great fixer-upper. A little TLC and vision could bring it back. Darryl and Ruth :)
Love the sepia, it lends are real overlay to the boarded up windows. Suzanne at WS
I love this ya'll!V
I'd like it... love that porch!
Gee, Leif, if this is what passes for decay in Eagan, you ought to see the decayed places in Hartford!!!
That could be fabulous once more in the right hands Leif, that porch around the front would be gorgeous.
The places were horror films are made up. They way you took the photo makes it look lovely though :D
