A month ago, Mark's father-in-law sold him his 1930 Ford Model A car. The current odometer reads 83,000 miles and the former Wisconsinite car is now a nearby Minnesotan car!
I like old cars. I never owned this model but owned a 1935 Chevy that was my first car and it had mechanical brakes.
I did got to the Brookville Car Show a month ago or longer and they had lots of Model A's in hot rod form which I don't much like.
My neighbor had a stroke right after finishing the restoration of a nice Model A Ford. It was a beautiful thing and in mint condition. Then Larry had the stroke and has been in a kind of rest home ever since. I think he had the stroke and woke up from it a different person. His wife could not care for him as he had to be helped to do everything.
This is a very nice photograph.
To answer your question about the Memorial Hall I left this comment back on the site.
Actually, I just found out that it has been completely remodeled inside. I don't know how to get in to have a look around but will check on it.

Nice car. Nice hobby to have... can't afford it! Are they friends or are you just good at harassing people? hehe...
Bon weekend! Profitez-en!
Sweet! I always envy these car owners, esp in the summer when I see a group of them at rallies.
You probably don't see many of those around town!
Wow that is a beautiful car!
I wonder what the price was from F-I-L to S-I-L?
Hi Leif,

Beautiful car and a lucky owner.

Well, it didn't cost him his shirt - just his shoes....

I think old cars would be a great hobby, but I am not good enough around cars to chance it.

Wonderful classic car!
Fantastic car, I love old ones like this. It's always so exciting when I see them driving down the road.
What a beautiful old car Leif, in excellent condition by the look of it. I was a bit like Birdman, wondering how much a car like this would cost?
