The Eagan Rotary Club held its 24th annual yearend Charter Banquet on Wednesday evening. Incoming club president Scott Swenson, a local banker, received the club charter certificate from outgoing president John Rhody, a local printing company owner. We begin our 25th year on July 1.Congratulations, Eagan Rotarians!
