Ten 3rd grade students from
10 different elementary schools each competed for a prize for the best
Arbor Day poster. The fourth student from the right won. They posed at the brand new pavilion at Wednesday night's kick-off of Eagan's weekly
Market Fest.

There's a lot of future artists in that group of children, good work Leif.
aw that is sweet.
Isn't Arbor Day in the fall? I thought it was in September.
I think you're correct, Kitty. They were also celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the successful move of the HUGE oak tree which I have as the header photo of my blog (symbol of Eagan). Maybe that's why?
EVen from afar, I think they produced some wonderful artwork!

Ich verstehe wieder nicht so richtig was hier läuft?! Was ist Arbor Day? Na Du wirst es mir erzählen. Herzliche Grüsse:)
I'm going to sound ignorant, but what is Arbor Day, we don't have it here.
Pretty cute. This is a day they will remember.
They are adorable and creative kids!
Congratulations!
