I guess the greyhounds need those little blanket things on because they have short hair. I wonder if the dogs get a chance to run. I know someone who adopted ex-racing greyhounds and said that they made great pets.
Oh I love their little outfits! There are some pretty posh puppies in Beirut who have raincoats and sweaters etc. I should have taken some pictures before the rainy season ended . . . oh well. There's always next year!
