Kay Brown Gustafson, a local author in Eagan, was signing her book at the Holz Farm Spring Festival. The true story tells how the big oak tree was moved to its current spot in front of the Eagan Community Center. That oak tree is the symbol of Eagan and stands tall as the header photo of my blog.

Moving a tree. Sounds like hard work. Probably a bit easier writing a book about it.
