Some stores have started to re-open at the Eagan outlet mall. People mostly wear masks and sometimes wait in line to enter a store with a shopper limit.
One of my favorite shops! I remember me and my brother would go there just to smell all the handwashes and even try them HAHA Then we wait for the sale
