This original farmhouse built in 1917, sits in the middle of a residential neighborhood near Eagan's Target store next to Cliff Lake. Back then, Eagan Township's population comprised of about 1,000 townspeople. Today, Minnesota's 9th largest city has 64,206 citizens.

Some how I don't think it has the same amount of land around it that it did in 1917!!! Looks like a cozy, comfy house!
