I think that one is called 'Apple Blossom,' love them, they are spectacular blooms!
I think it likes the smell of Turkey in the oven. Just a guess. :))

Too bright and too warm - we've got ours in an unheated garage until a week before Xmas after it started getting ahead of itself.
