The
Minnesota Freeze men's Australian football team played the
Kansas City Power team on the Eagan Community Center fields on Saturday afternoon. I heard some Aussie accents sprinkled in among the Minnesotan English majority. To learn more about the game rules and history, click

Australian spoken with a Norwegian accent. Looks like fun.
Looks like a fun event to watch.
The guard stones, ancient, for guarding against wheeled carriages are still useful, which protect the corners of the walls against the bodies and the bumpers of modern cars.
Alas! American girls defeated the French girls in the semi-final football...
Probably something to do with Unisys being a major employer in the region. We hired most of our Unisys people from the Brisbane City Council in the 80s and Unisys has a lot of expats working for them all over the world.
Wow! Had not expected to find Aussie rules photos on your blog. Great to see Leif.
