This "Springdale" model house at 3607 Springwood Court built by Lennar Corporation has a $595,345 price-tag with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a 3 car garage in 4,750 square feet. Currently, the Stonehaven home center occupies this new home to welcome potential house buyers. This new Eagan neighborhood will have 158 single family houses, 40 twin homes and 65 row style town-homes when completed. Since opening in February, they have already sold 11 homes.

I like the interior shots, it's a lovely home--but I'm surprised by how dark the decor is--maybe that's the new fashion stateside.
The outside view is interesting enough but the interior ones are great - it really says a lot about today's trends in home decoration and "ideal" family living.
