Many stores in Eagan and across the USA opened their doors
early to
jumpstart their Christmas shopping season.
Kohls in Town Centre opened at 3 am with over
400 earlybird specials. (I slept in until 9 am)
This store security guy followed me out of their store and inquired about my photo. When I told him that I'm with the Eagan Daily Photo blog, he lightened up.

I hope you were wearing your press credentials. There should be no question as to your legitimacy with your official press pass. You are, after all, a "Local Media Person of Interest..." SHEESH!
Boy, being a member of the press really opens doors for you! I think you should use that more to your advantage. Maybe Sarah Palin's book tour next, eh?

Wow, what an uptight guy. I have never had that happen, "knock on wood." In answer to your post on my blog it was in the 30's last night and by an ex Phoenicians standards that is pretty darn cold. Have a great weekend!

Do people really go out at 3 in the morning to shop? I slept until nearly 9.30. We have Boxing Day sales but our shops open at normal hours.

Boy, this is the wonder security guy wishing and hoping you would remove this photo because you seem to not think of ones safety! I could have people track me down and find me this way. Hence, I was able to find it. Kind of like the way Police Officers don't post their phone numbers and address inside the phone book. Please come inside Kohl's and do all the shopping you want to but take down this picture.
