Carnival rides lit up the hill overlooking the Eagan Community Center on Sunday night, July 4th. We did the rides on Saturday afternoon so we focused on finding prime seats for the Independence Day fireworks!
I'm sure the kids enjoyed and had fun. You reminded me of my childhood. Back home, we call it fiesta carnivals become it happens only during the Fiesta celebrations.
