My niece, Hope, built a wooden xylophone in my father's workshop with his expert woodworking guidance. She tuned a brand new xylophone and practiced a song with her new instrument built as a school project.
Still remember how we were told to learn playing it - thank you for that memory, which might be running back two and a half decades - can't wait until my small son comes home telling me about his music lesson. A wonderful Friday for you all !

Looks very nice. Xylophones are from my youth. Don't see or hear them much anymore.
What a great school project! My daughter is a high school band director and she would love this.
