Eagan's first town hall from 1914 still stands on Pilot Knob Road across from the Eagan City Hall. Patrick Eagan, an immigrant from Ireland, was one of Eagan founding fathers.
This is probably the cutest town hall that I have ever seen in CDP!
Many of Eagan's residents are of Irish descent? I don't think I've even seen, much less met, any Irish here in Metro Manila. Though I'm sure there are some.
Thanks, Hilda! It's a small world; my daughter is in a dance glass with a girl whose mother is from the Philippines. She and her family just returned from a visit to Manila!
Reading the header I thought that's a pretty small town hall for a 63,000 population town, but I guess it's more like a museum now. Also, I must admit that I had never heard of Eagan before visiting your blog. Discovering new places one of the things that makes CDP interesting. Kind regards.
