The Urgency Room, a medical facility mix between "urgent care" and "emergency room," will open in early October on Denmark Avenue off Lone Oak Road in Eagan, the second one of its kind in the Twin Cities.

My family and Christiane's family spent a wonderful weekend together. We spoke German and English together; we played together and went to church together.  Germany and America seem to have come closer together!

Talented beauty

Karen Kitchel, Executive Director of Cheerful Givers and Lisa Horn, Executive Director of the Eagan & Lakeville Resource Centers stood with Miss Minnesota, Nitaya Panemalaythong at the ZEST fundraiser event at Lost Spur Country Club on Thursday evening.  Nearly 300 guests, food vendors and live entertainment created a magical way to support resources for needy families in Dakota County.

James Midboe trained as a competitive boxer. Nowdays his goal is helping people with health and wellness through chiropractics and exercise.  He and four others started the new Mi5 Fitness & CrossFit Gym in Lakeville.  The sun shone on James at the Eagan Community Center pavilion.

Harvest of Art Celebration

A big crowd attended the 7th annual Eagan Art House event on a perfect Sunday afternoon. Artists demonstrated Raku outdoor pottery firing, making pottery and other art mediums. Pottery students and other artists sold their art pieces while live music and ice cream topped off the fun, successful afternoon!
