Canadian invasion

These baby geese were crossing a busy street. Mom and Dad were the crossing guards! 

These Canadians are so beautiful. I don't think they know about "social distancing?"

This unique bench provides a place to rest along Cedar Grove Parkway, just steps from the Eagan outlet mall. 

Rooftops

Quiet ..... and strange to have no shoppers strolling around the Eagan outlet mall. This too shall pass! But when will the stores reopen?

This retirement apartment building has young crab trees lining the sidewalk. Thoughts?

Verboten

The Marriott Hotel is coming along but the front lobby isn't ready yet. No sofas, no carpet, no chairs.
After a quick peek, I noticed this warning sign outside....

Zoom!

Our Eagan Rotary Club meets weekly on Wednesdays at noon on ZOOM! I miss the days of our lunch meetings together...... my iPad didn't show all the participants on its screen.

Here's another crab tree. This white one caught my attention on an overcast Sunday walk.

Last week had teacher recognition day so I'm a little late with this photo.  But nonetheless, please thank a teacher or two for all that they do! 

Tiptoe.... through the tulips!

I took a photo of these colorful tulips because I guess they will be fading in the very near future.... 

Pink eye candy

Now the lovely crab trees are blooming in white and pink. I love them! 

Old farmhouse

This beautiful, old house was built in 1911 and stands next to Trinity Lone Oak Lutheran Church. With its 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a barn on 4.44 acres, it would be a dream!

Social distancing

I stopped by Aldi grocery store yesterday morning on my way to work. Shoppers waited patiently, politely and safely for the doors to open. 

Lake view

The brown cattails lined the soggy edge of Jensen Lake. Geese and ducks were playing on an early weekend morning. 

Quietly

Buddha sits in a relatively quiet, peaceful spot; although, traffic on Yankee Doodle Road passes behind and below this space. 

Sad state of affairs

The playground at Jensen Lake Park is sealed up from kids due to the current Covid-19. Sadness!

Towering

Twelve tall towers talked to the Thomas trail. 

Spring has sprung

Daffodils greet visitors at the Thomas Lake Park. Ah, spring!
