Sitting next to history

Idling at the stoplight, I whipped out my camera and snapped a photo of this beautifully restored antique automobile. It was a gleaming, green Chevrolet truck.

  1. It must be in good operating order to be out on the streets. If it were mine, I'd drive it everywhere after I painted it red!

  2. «Louis» isn't as up on Chevrolets as he is Packards or Studebakers, but he thinks this is a '53. The wide rear window was an option.

  8. I'm glad you were quick to the draw! This is a beautiful, and beautifully-restored, truck. I like its rounded edges so much better than any new truck I've see today.
