Pottery relieving poverty


Hundreds of people gathered Thursday for the annual Eagan Resource Center foodshelf "Empty bowls" fundraiser at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. For $20, one could select a handmade bowl and enjoy soup served in it.

Great event and a fund-raiser that has appeared in other cities we have visited. Was the soup good?

What a lovely idea! And your Paige Martin is an amazing little girl too. It's wonderful how Eagan has so many generous folks.
