Tree Envy

The pink crab trees are bursting with pink and white colors all over Eagan this week. Our pink tree died and the landscapers replaced it with a white one by mistake... This tree stands in the Cliff Lake Shores neighborhood.

Now now, white is just as pretty. It was a strange mistake though; are the trees you buy not labeled?

The buds on ours is just beginning to open fully. They're beautiful but short-lived, yet they offer lots of food for the birds. A white tree must be beautiful; if you want more color, just plant another one, Leif!

I hope you like the white tree. Maybe there is room for a red one, too.

Sorry to hear about your tree, but this is a great photo. Maybe for Earth Day you can plant a pink one too.

A very pretty tree.

(Can you plant a new tree, I mean one more.... in your garden?)

Orange and Lemon are about to bloom over here. This certainly is a pretty tree and house. Please have you all a good Sunday.

Beautiful! I love those trees. Each night we walk our dog around our Eagan neighborhood, I stop and smell them. Thanks for your blog! ~Jen
