March madness

Reverend Steve Haschig grew up in Boston, married a New Jersey girl and they ended up in Minnesota. He served as a Lutheran parish pastor for 27 years and now works as director of development for Darts. Their three kids and 6 grandkids live nearby. I wonder if Steve has any speeding tickets with his red, SAAB 9-3 convertible? Maybe he can outrun the cops? He transferred from another local Rotary club to the Eagan Rotary Club recently.
(Normally, we have 3 feet of snow on March 29 when this photo was taken.)

Saab drivers don't get tickets, Leif. They're as a rule fine, upstanding, law-abiding citizens.
(I have 2 (the exception proving the rule, no doubt..), btw - one with a lid, the other lidless as in the case of the good Reverend.
Ask him if divine intervention could possibly get the production lines at Trollhatten moving again - I have NO IDEA what to buy when one or the other of our car dies....

The Reverend clearly finds time to keep his car nicely polished!

Looks like and sounds like a Garrison Keillor character from Lake Wobegon to me!

hee hee... That's one RED Saab he has!
«Louis» wonders if the Chinese owners of SAAB are going to be able to put the make back into production. He read recently that GM is throwing up many roadblocks, making the likelihood of SAAB being re-introduced more and more doubtful. Too bad... (sigh)
