International taste

Eagan 5th grader, Sky Waters, entered his painting, "Silent Flight," into the 2012 International Aviation Art Contest in Luzern, Switzerland. His water color piece which won 1st place in Minnesota and 3rd place in the US, was already over in Europe for judging so he showed me two of his other works in his home art studio. One of Sky's paintings is displayed in Deadwood, South Dakota at Kevin Costner's "Tantanka - Story of the Bison" interpretive center. Congratulations and good luck in art, Sky!

This is remarkable for a 5th grader. In fact, it is remarkable for anyone at any age. I hope he continues his artistic endeavors.
