Himalayan Sky

Two weeks ago, it was a Sunday morning just after 7:15 in Kandbari village in Himachal Pradesh - the Sky was heavenly and the mountains and the snow....
(Hope you don't mind a look-back to my India trip.)

Gorgeous! How high did you go? I went to 5,220 m (17,126 feet) and regreted it! LOL! Now I'm glad I did it. :-)

The first time I saw the Himalayans I almost fell out of my seat on the airplane. They are too beautiful to try to describe. You photographed them beautifully!!

Last October and returning from a vacation in China also flew over part of the Himalayas. I was half asleep but woke up very quickly when I saw those mountains, and I was completely stunned.

We will be happy to see more photos of your trip to India any time. Julie and I are going to Bhutan later this year, so we look forward to seeing much more of the Himalayas.

I do NOT mind seeing these at all! When I was in Dharamsala last December, there was only a teeny bit of snow on the Himalayan foothills....

What a mind boggling sight Leif, one of those sights that you'd never forget if you were lucky enough to see it for real.. Brilliant shot!

That looks limited to catch a photo of such a beautiful thing to look at. I'llgive you a 5 star rating for that.
