Sign of the times

In Eagan, dog owners are required to keep their dogs on leashes AND pick up all doggie do-do.

  7. In Denmark we hope the dog owners take the do-do with them, but often they don't. A big one at the mittle of the path is not go, if you know see it...I like the sea path from the other day.
