Set & ready

The Christmas Eve dinner table was prepared and the food was cooking in the kitchen. Our menu included: Swedish meatballs, potatoes, lefse, fruit soup, lingonberries, cooked carrots and cranberry cake with butter sauce for dessert. Grandpa and Grandma Lee joined us from Decorah, Iowa.

  1. Looks like the best location in the house. The place to get fed and, the place to watch the neighbors and see who is coming and going.

  13. How wonderful to have more family during Christmas! I'm so happy for you.

Wishing you a beautiful and happy new year too, Leif.

I'm sorry I haven't been visiting much, but between all the Christmas gatherings, calling for donations for the flood victims, and preparing our office's budget request, I've just had too little time to go blog surfing. The entire CDP community is always in my thoughts and prayers, though.
