Veni, vidi, vici!

Many of our Eagan friends gave us good trip tips for our vacation out West.
1. Devil's Tower
2. "Old Faithful" geyser in Yellowstone National Park
3. Grand Tetons National Park
4. Geyser crater
5. Grand Canyon of Yellowstone
6. Buffalo also called Bison

  1. I am sure the first picture, Devils Tower, was the mountain from Close Encounters 3rd Kind. Great shots from your holidays. Looks like great weather. I have always wanted to visit these places.

  4. This is a classic Western vacation. I recently had my old slides transferred to digital. There were photos of my brother and I at Yellowstone in 1956, and my boys there in 1991, at about the same age as your children.

  5. «Louis» is certain that the only reason you returned to Eagan is that you couldn't get one of your beloved lutefisk burritos anywhere on the trip and couldn't wait to get back to Eagan and head straight for the Taco Bell!

  9. Beautiful places. I hope one day I'll have a chance to see the real things.
Btw, I guess you met Dwi, the waiter from Jakarta in this trip, not in Eagan, right?
