They had the Blues...

"Big Walter Smith & The Groove Merchants" played Blues music at Market Fest last week. Kids later twirled hula hoops and air jammed on play guitars in front of the stage to the music. For their website, click here.

Did you join the band for a jam session too? :)

  3. You'll have to tell me where it is located (perhaps I could get ambitious and google it!). I've been pretty sluggish this summer concerning visiting farmer's markets so I think I'll resume my early-morning-Saturday visits again very soon. Great photo to capture the atmosphere.

  5. Love the blues. I would not have associated a Minnesota suburb as a place where the blues is popular, but I am glad that the blues have penetrated the mainstream of music.

  8. MarketFest sounds like lots of fun. The blues would have drawn me in. The hula hoops, not so much.
