4 ridin' Leathernecks

These four marine veterans served in Iraq, Kuwait, Japan, Korea, Vietnam and other places. They attended the "Tribute to the Troops" event on May 1 and belong to the Minnesota Chapter of "Leathernecks Motorcycle Club International," a group of riding veterans. One showed me his incredible motorbike covered with special military marks, symbols and events.

Those are purple heart medals on the bike, right?

A fine portrait of the veterans. Nice of Jack to spot the babe, and what a great bike that is.

The bike was built by a retired USMC first sergeant. He lost 10 of his many Marines and many others wounded. The bracelets on the forks, below the headlight, bear the names of the 10 Marines killed from his unit. He named it "The Iraq Rolling Memorial". The bike was built out of love and respect for all the men lost in Iraq and those that served there.
