4144, 4146, 4148 & 4150

These are some "run of the mill" townhouses. Four houses built together makes for close neighbors. Eagan offers a mix of apartments, condos, townhouses and single family houses.

Too close for comfort.

They look pretty big by UK standards, they'd be sold as executive luxury housing! I kid you not.

Leif, they are NOT exactly "run of the mill" in the strictest sense! Unlike Dina, I could easily envision living in one of them.

Looks nice, but to me it looks like the two in the middle are slightly smaller than the other two. Is that right? They probably have a nice garden on the other side. These types of houses are very popular here in Stavanger.
"Rekkehus" kaller vi dem på norsk..... so now you know.

Ha en fortsatt GOD HELG!

Your graffiti vandals don't look like they've had very much experience. Check out the website of 12oz prophet (euphemism for a can of spray paint). They love graffiti even more than municipalities hate it!

By the way, the townhomes are great for young families where you WANT to meet others with children. Built in play groups, unless, of course your child is the one excluded from play.

P.S. You gotta come see our church vehicle today. Did this parked out in front of your house?

I agree with Dina, way to close. I need a little space, an acre or so.

Everything in Europe is smaller. I liked yesterday's reflection. Happy Sunday!

It seems to be very cold in your area!
I agree with Dina and Randy. It is so much better to have a house separated from your neighbors' houses.

Alle zu eng beieinander....ist nicht mein Geschmack! Wenn ein Haus dann muss auch ein bisschen Platz sein...bis zum nächsten Nachbarn.
Herzliche Grüsse:)

I prefer separate houses. It's quieter. :)

For those who prefer closer living, or those who can't afford more, these would do the job pretty well.

Living in a cramped apartment I really like your gorgeous townhouses...

the sad thing about this is that the front is all obscured by parking.

The good thing, though, is that the building is more energy-efficient because there is less exterior wall, which means less loss of heat.
