Buried black boxes

These mailboxes are up to their necks in snow from last weekend's blizzard! And the red fire hydrant is almost covered up with white fluffy powder. (Yes, that homeowner SHOULD uncover it!)

Great photo to show how much snow fell on us. Yesterday we got a call from the city, urging homeowners to uncover the fire hydrants. Seems like a no-brainer, doesn't it?

I'm surprised the fire plug isn't shoveled out. That looks dangerous to me. Well, at least the mailboxes are cleared...just in case Santa wants to leave a BIG cheque. :)

Wow, great shot. I don't know if there people of our city could handle that much snow.

If there were some money in any of the envelopes in there, you could call it cold cash.
