Wild Bill's Curly Fries

Our family just visited the Minnesota State Fair, a huge annual event held in St. Paul at the fairgrounds. Everyone eats lots of different typical fair foods including french fries, doughnuts, corn dogs, corn on the cob, etc. Our kids spent lots of tickets on the various rides and we ended the adventure with milk shakes and ice cream cones.

Calorie counters are verboten while visiting the Fair. Colourful vendors, and I've noticed some remodeling on some of them as presented by MN bloggers this year.

Pass the Pepto-Bismol, to «Louis» please - and while you're at it, he'll take another corn dog!
;-D

I like the idea of french fries being typical american fair food! Viva la France et los fries! :)

I think they need a little more color! I haven't been to a fair yet this season. This photo makes me want to go soon.
