Future leaders

Cubmaster Ted Daley and his co-pack leader, Scott, lead Den 4 of Pack 446 in Eagan. These cub scouts and boys from three other dens of their pack built and raced this Soapbox Derby car. Scouting builds future kids of character and community leaders.

Ted, holding up the pack flag, is an Eaganite running for a District 38 seat of the Minnesota Senate. A retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and self-employed CPA, he's a big-hearted, community minded leader.

Can you imagine having meetings with those 8 rascals?!

Nice to see scouting still going strong.

You are lucky to have girls! I'm not sure I could handle activities with the boy scouts. ;-)

«Louis» is happy to see you touting the benefits of Scouting. Out here on the "left coast", the Scouts are under constant assault by the political left.
«Louis» will stop right there. He's taking a day off from political rants today...

What a joy to see life being able to enjoy such happiness, especially building soapbox cars - something I always dreamed of. Please have a nice Saturday.
